Correlation Between Workplace And Depression
Before (Complaints) –
Mrunmayee’s phase of depression started with her maternity leave. Being on maternity leave She was very anxious about her career.
Mrunmayee’s condition became worse when she was not able to resume her job in the same company after her maternity leave.
After her continuous efforts searching for a new job Mrunmayee finally got a job with a very reputed company. Unfortunately, the joining letter was not released by that company which impacted Mrunmayee’s mental health.
Even after this unfortunate situation in her life she tried for another job and started working on it. But it was all same story. Her subordinates and superiors were unsupportive, due to this unhealthy working culture she was forced to leave the job.
Mrunmayee went through a Severe mental breakdown and attempted suicide which luckily was a failed attempt.
Before (Reports)-
Before reports clearly stated that Mrunmayee was in depression.
Her mind was not able to distinguish between what is good and bad for her she was unaware of things that could harm her.
During (Experience)-
Mrunmayee got to know about Advanced health care from her mom. During the process, Mrunmayee got her concentration back on the first day of the course.
Mrunmayee was convinced that her illness was all in her mind and that her thoughts were affecting herself and surroundings.
High Excitement and enthusiasm were seen in her.
After (Complaint)–
- Boost in confidence
- Mrunmayee was able to understand and adapt more quickly and efficiently.
After (Report)-
- Mrunmayee started to recover from the first day of course itself.
- A boost in confidence and excitement was seen.
- She was now able to control her thoughts and emotions and was also redirecting her actions in a good direction.
